About FanWindow.

A fan event rarely has only one important time. There can be a membership cutoff, a verification window, a presale, a general sale, and a show. When the notice and the fans are in different time zones, the small details add up.

FanWindow brings 1–12 of those moments into one shareable timeline. An organizer enters the source times and a link to the original notice. Recipients see each deadline in their own time zone, check off their preparation, and optionally export a calendar file or image card.

Small by design

The app has no sign-up, ticket inventory, scraping service, or server-side schedule storage. It is a lightweight tool you can use in a group chat. It does not run ads or analytics in this release. The example event, Moonlight Fan Weekend, is completely fictional.

Useful boundaries

FanWindow is not affiliated with any artist, agency, fanclub, ticketing platform, or calendar provider. Information is entered by timeline creators. Always consult the official source for dates, eligibility, payments, and changes. A checkbox is your personal preparation record, not proof of registration.

A shared timeline is a fixed snapshot. Updates need a new link. Calendar exports do not sync. The app cannot revoke a previously shared link, recover a cleared browser draft, or guarantee an imported alarm. These limits are shown where they matter, not hidden behind the download button.

Made for different clocks

The tool interface is available in English and Korean. Guides include Korean summaries. Source dates are interpreted with a regional IANA time zone, converted to UTC instants, and displayed using the recipient’s chosen zone. Nonexistent daylight-saving times are rejected; repeated times require an explicit UTC-offset choice.

Feedback and issue reporting

A public support address has not been configured for this initial release. Do not send private ticketing or account details through a shared timeline. For event-specific questions, contact the organizer through the official notice. For product issues, return to the person or channel that introduced you to FanWindow.
