A ticket-sale time is easy to circle. The less visible deadlines are often the ones that decide whether you can join that sale at all. Treat a fan event as a sequence of separate actions, each with its own opening time, cutoff, and source.

1. Read the eligibility rules first

Before setting an alarm for the presale, find the membership eligibility cutoff. A notice may require your membership to be active on a particular date, or remain active through the performance. Buying a membership shortly before ticket sales may be too late. Check the exact membership product, territory, and eligible account. FanWindow cannot verify your eligibility or make a booking.

2. Separate registration from verification

An application on a community platform and identity or membership verification on a ticketing platform can be different steps. Do not mark one complete because you finished the other. Record both closing times if the notice gives both. Where a window matters, make two deadlines named “Verification opens” and “Verification closes” instead of one vague event.

Also check whether verification is specific to a performance or ticketing site. As one concrete example, the official 2026 10CM fan-concert notice describes membership eligibility, a verification period, different presale openings, and a general sale. It also gives separate requirements for each show and ticketing page. Those rules belong to that event, not to every artist.

3. Keep sale dates distinct

Create a separate entry for each sale you may use. Name the show or city when dates differ. A presale entry should say whether it marks the opening or closing, because a generic “Presale” label is ambiguous. General sale is a fallback only if the official seller actually offers availability; a timeline cannot promise remaining tickets.

4. Prepare privately, share carefully

  • Check the official seller, account access, and required identity format before sale day
  • Read purchase limits, delivery methods, and payment deadlines in the official notice
  • Keep membership numbers, identity documents, payment data, and booking references out of shared notes
  • Use a preparation note such as “Check account access” rather than pasting personal information

5. Add the moments after booking

Ticket payment, collection, device checks, and livestream access may have their own deadlines. Add only the ones relevant to your group. Show time and door time are different. A reminder for one should not be labeled as the other.

Before you share

Read the timeline once in the original time zone and once in a recipient’s time zone. Check that the date changed correctly across midnight. Open the source link. Label any uncertainty in plain language. Then share the snapshot with a note that future changes will arrive in a new link.
